Graduation Information

Don't forget that at the beginning of your final semester you must complete a Degree Audit Form with the assistance of the Graduate Coordinator of your language section and forward a copy to the Director of Graduate Studies (DGS). The DGS will assess it and, if approved, ask you for a final copy in PDF form, which will be submitted to the Graduate School. Consult with your Graduate Coordinator if you have questions regarding this procedure.

In order to apply for May or December graduation and / or participate in commencement, you must submit the degree audit form, applications, and fees well in advance, usually at the beginning of the semester when you intend to graduate. It is your responsibility to check for important dates and deadlines set by the Graduate School.
