French and Francophone Studies Minor Requirements

Requirements for the French minor (25 hours required):

• FRE 111: First Year French Part I
• FRE 112: First Year French Part II
• FRE 115: Second Year French Part I
• FRE 116: Second Year French Part II
• FRE 213: Written Communication in French
• 2 additional French classes equal to 6 hours of credit

6 elective hours or more of French could be earned through a summer or semester study abroad in Quebec, Grenoble, Angers, or another approved French-speaking University.
