Students may participate in the semester or yearlong CIDEF program at the Université Catholique de l'Ouest (UCO) in Angers, France. Angers is located in the Loire Valley, which is about an hour and a half southwest of Paris by high-speed rail (TGV).

Academics and Credit

Students earn 15 hours of credit while in Angers. Up to 9 of those hours count toward French major requirements, and 6 or more count toward electives for the major, and all for graduation. Students may earn credit toward GE: H, GE: SS, and GE: FA in Angers. Contact Laura Edwards to discuss which courses you will take.
