Students may participate in a semester or yearlong CIDEF program at the Université Catholique de l'Ouest (UCO) in Angers, France. Angers is located in the Loire Valley, which is about an hour and a half southwest of Paris by high-speed rail (TGV).

Students can earn General Education credit in Angers (H, FA, and SS).
Academics and credit
Students earn 15 hours of credit while in Angers. Up to 9 of those hours can go toward French major requirements, and 6 or more can go toward electives for the major and for graduation.
