Advising
This advice does not replace the Spanish minor requirements in the undergraduate catalog. Please reach out to Dr. Laura Edwards with any questions or concerns.
The Spanish minor requires 24 hours of SPA courses.
The number of courses you will need to take depends upon AP credit, Seal of Biliteracy, and the level of Spanish at which you start at ISU (because you can earn CAP credit for free that can count toward the minor).
SPA 111 and 112 may also count toward elective credit if you start in SPA 111 or 112 at ISU, earn CAP credit, or transfer the credit from a community college, AP credit, or Seal of Biliteracy.
